Guide How to Apply Online for RIPS Research Internship 2023 | USA Fully Funded Internship:
To apply for a USA RIPS Internship, use the online application system. The following are the links to the application form and the official website:
- Visit the “Apply Now” tab and sign in with your information.
- Fill complete the Standard Coversheet after logging in. Make sure to include your two reference writers, but leave the “email inform writer on submission” box unchecked.
- When you click “submit,” you will be forwarded to the RIPS application form.
- Complete the RIPS application form. Choose your nation of citizenship for the “US VISA Status” question. Also, make sure to tick the box next to the program(s) for which you want to be considered (Los Angeles, Singapore, or both). RIPS-LA is only open to international students.
- Make sure you submit/upload all required papers, including your resume/CV, transcripts (may be unofficial), and the names of two reference writers for this program.
- Check the boxes next to your reference writers’ names and then click the green arrow to send them an email requesting a customized reference letter (the system will email them the reference letter requests). Unless you click the green arrow and the status next to their names is changed to “email sent,” your reference writers will not get any letter requests.
- Click “Apply” after completing the application form and uploading the relevant papers. Only if you see the “Thank you for submitting your application” prompt immediately after submitting the form, indicating that your application is complete and all essential items have been provided, is your submission successful.
- You can check your Status page to see if there have been any status adjustments and whether your status is updated or not.
