GIST University Scholarship Benefits Offered:
- Tuition Assistance (All Students): 3,415,000 won per semester (Tuition Fully Supported).
- Stipends per month (for all international students):
- M.S. students receive 140,000 won per month, while Ph.D. students receive 295,000 won per month.
- Monthly meal allowance: about 100,000 won
- For the above two, students must have completed at least 9 credits in the previous semester.
- Monthly allowance for international students: 120,000 won. In the previous semester, you had a 3.0 or higher (out of a possible 4.5) GPA.
- All students involved in research projects are eligible for a research assistantship.
- M.S. students earn 4,820,000 won per year, while Ph.D. students get 11,480,000 won per year.
- Health Care Coverage (All International Students)
- The Korean National Health Insurance cost is subsidized to the tune of 60%.
