Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:
- Non-Chinese national.
- Excellent physical and mental health.
- Academic performance and potential are exceptional.
- For master’s program applicants, a bachelor’s degree is obligatory.
- A master’s degree is required for applicants to doctoral programs.
- Proficiency in Chinese and/or English is required.
Language Requirement for SJTU:
All international applicants to any SJTU program must provide evidence that their English language proficiency meets the minimum admission requirements.
- Being born in an English-speaking country does not imply that you are fluent in the language. If you can demonstrate that you meet one or more of the following criteria, you will be considered to have met the English language requirements.
