Scholarship Benefits Offered:
The Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship is a fully-funded scholarship for international students to study in Brunei. All expenses will be defrayed.
- Tuition fees, including
- acceptance,
- examination,
- registration, and
- orientation fees are waived.
- A round-trip economy class flight
- A BND$500.00 monthly personal allowance
- A BND$150.00 monthly personal allowance and a BND$600.00 annual book allowance
- Baggage Allowance for shipment of the scholarship recipient’s personal possessions to his place of origin/country of domicile upon program completion, up to a maximum value of BND$250.00 to an ASEAN nation and BND$500.00 to a country outside the ASEAN region.

The Government of Brunei Darussalam Scholarship allows entrants to pursue a diploma, an undergraduate degree, or a postgraduate master’s degree at any of the Bruneian institutions of higher learning listed below.
- Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD)
- Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA)
- Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB)
- Politeknik Brunei (PB)
- Entrants must be citizens of an ASEAN, Commonwealth, or OIC member country, among others.
- Entrants for Undergraduate and Diploma programs must be between the ages of 18 and 25.
- Entrants for Postgraduate Master’s Degree programs must be under the age of 35 on July 31, 2023.
- Brunei Darussalam Permanent Residents are not eligible for the award.

- A Higher Secondary School Certificate and Transcript of Bachelors, Master is Required.
- Passport for International Students.
- Short Resume/CV.
- The motivational letter or Statement of purpose.
