This funding will let Rotary and its network of water and sterilization professionals communicate more effectively and over large distances. Students accepted to the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education’s 12-month Master of Science program in Water and Sustainable Development can be nominated by a local Rotary Club in their home community by submitting an application for a scholarship to the Rotary/IHE Delft committee in the Netherlands, along with their resume and IHE Delft admission letter. Only completely funded and filed application forms from the sponsoring Rotary Club will be considered.
The Dutch government offers a large number of scholarships and fellowships to international students. One of these scholarships is the Rotary Fully Funded Scholarships in the Netherlands 2023. - Must have the desire to acquire skills and training in aquatic space, such as the well-being of water assets and the environment.

This is Azim Jan from Afghanistan, i have a master degree from South Korea, graduated in 2020, may topic of research was water balance and water yield, case study one of watershed in my country. I applied SWAT model for that research. I want to have second master degree from Netherlands. As i understand this country has lots of practical and scientific experience in water resources management and I have more than 13 years work experience in this section. I have gone through your scholarship announcement, I could not found PhD program, so i want to apply for the second master program, although my age is 40 now. may I ask you is it passable to apply for the second master program in your university? I want to research on water government (Trans-boundary river management) in this period.
